Inauguration of the newly renovated Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) sponsored by Kotak Mahindra Foundation as part of its CSR activities in the Yenepoya Medical College Hospital was held on 14/11/2021 at 11.00 am at the Hospital auditorium

Dr. Rajendra KV, Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada, was the Chief Guest. Mr. Deepak Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mr. Seva Kumar S, Executive Vice president- Regional Business Head, Branch Banking Kotak Mahindra Bank and Dr. Kishore Kumar, District Health Officer were the Guests of Honour.

With the financial support from the Kotak Mahindra Foundation, the Yenepoya Medical College Hospital has expanded its Paediatrics ICU with ultra-modern treatment facilities. The ICU is geared up to meet the ever growing demand for ICU care for the children with 16 beds and 6 ventilators with affordable cost.
