Health Insurance Scheme for Entire Staff & Family

Yenepoya University announced continuation of health insurance for all the University employees and their dependents whose gross salary is above the limit of coverage under ESI. The policy is applicable to employees of all the constituent colleges with effect from 25th June 2021.

This is a cashless facility and is applicable for the employee, spouse, dependent children and dependent parents. The coverage also includes pre-existing illness and there is no waiting period for the same.

The aforesaid benefits can be availed from any of the hospitals recognized by the Insurance Company, with a copayment of 10%. The University will bear the copayment if the treatment is done at Yenepoya Medical College Hospial or Yenepoya Specialty Hospital.
